Meeting up:
If you are London-based, I recommend that we work face-to-face as much as possible.
We can meet in one of two ways:
- either I can come to your office and meet with you in a room which you will have booked for us,
- or you are welcome to visit my office which is located in Shepherds Bush, London W12.
If you do not live in London or simply find it more convenient, sessions via Skype or FaceTime may also be arranged. In that case, video is best though it is known to negatively affect the quality of the connection. In any event, Skype connections are at times poor or may drop altogether so we will need to be prepared to be flexible and to have agreed an alternative arrangement.
As appropriate and practical, we may have a session over the phone.
Arranging and cancelling sessions:
The best way to arrange a session is to agree a time and date at the end of the previous session. However, feel free to contact me to either arrange, cancel or postpone a session by either calling or emailing me. Sessions not cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice will be payable in full.
Fees:
Fees are payable at the start of the session via bank transfers only: please be mindful that payment will need to have cleared 24 hours before our session.
